Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Tara Eco Supplies. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a pivotal player in our sales department, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales team, driving revenue growth, and directly contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales professionals: hiring, setting expectations, managing performance, reviewing daily sales reports, setting sales target to sales team and motivating team members.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Create and effectively communicate proposals and presentations that accurately state the value proposition of products and brands.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategy adjustments and report on forces that shift strategic direction.
- Prepare and present sales reports weekly to upper management, forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess and decide on tools, resources, and training needed to enhance team productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager at a similar organization.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent sales, mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
